2026 Okoboji Bible Conference Early Childhood Ministry Application

The Okoboji Bible Conference is a special place for ministry. The 2026 Conference is August 1-7 with the theme, Endless Joy. Early Childhood Workers will be needed August 2-7. Workers who are being housed by the conference are allowed to arrive as early as August 1st and must check out the morning of August 8th. We are excited to receive your application!

Duties for the Early Childhood Program workers include the following: actively supervising groups of children ages 3-6; participating in activities, crafts, and games; assisting as needed. OBC is not a camp, but rather a conference with morning and evening sessions for families. In the mornings (Sunday-Friday), workers are expected to help set up and work the morning session between 9:30-12:00-ish. In the evenings (Sunday-Friday), workers are expected to work the evening session between 6:30--9:00-ish (evening time ending hours are fluid).

OBC provides the following: Housing-including bedding and towels; Daily Lunch meal on site along with a cash stipend for other meals; and hourly pay. Workers basically have the afternoons to explore and enjoy the lake area, along with late night activities sponsored through the conference and young adult groups.
